Mexican eating habits

The people from Mexico eat a diferent food in the day.

Tacos de guisado

I`m mexican and I usually eat oats with fruit in the morning. Other people eat eggs with tortilla and other people eat tacos in the morning since in the morning there are stores that sell tacos de guisado.

In Mexico we have breakfast, lunch, lunch and dinner. There are 4 meals a day. The children and young boys when the go to school they are eat in yours schools.

The typical food is enchiladas, tacos, pozole, pambazos, quesadillas, tamales among other.

The mexican food is varied, In the lunch approximately between 3 and 6 in the afternoon we can eat different things depending on what the moms of each house cook for example my mom cook enchiladas which are tortillas with tomato sauce with taco chili stuffed with chicken or potato.

The mexican food is very delicious I love it pozole. I leave you a video of the pozole so you know what the is pozole. 

We eat the pozole a lot in our national holidays, my contry is beautiful.

Reflection

The  mexican gastronomy is very delicious, i learn the recipes of mexican food.

Also i learn the mexican eating habits .
